Gaia's Oath LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating as AcreLogic, operates acrelogic.gaiasoath.com. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights. By creating an account or purchasing any service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: Name, email address, and password.
- Payment information: Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Parcel submissions: Listing URLs, property addresses, and notes.
- Parcel preferences: Search criteria you configure to personalize scoring.
- Support communications: Emails sent to support@gaiasoath.com.
Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps of activity.
- Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, IP address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver services (Scans, Reports, portal features)
- Personalize your experience (Quick Score, Deep Score)
- Process payments via Stripe
- Communicate (order confirmations, report delivery, support)
- Improve our services through aggregate usage analysis
- Prevent abuse and fraudulent activity
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, selling to third parties, or building unrelated profiles.
AI Processing
Parcel Intelligence Reports use artificial intelligence (large language models) to synthesize narrative descriptions from structured data. The AI processes geographic and parcel data — not your personal information. Your name, email, and payment details are never sent to AI systems. Parcel data submitted for analysis (listing URLs, coordinates, parcel IDs) is processed by our AI pipeline solely to produce your report and is not used to train AI models.
4. Data Retention
- Account information: subscription duration + 1 year
- Payment records: 7 years (tax obligations)
- Completed Reports: 2 years after delivery
- Scan results: subscription duration + 90 days
- Usage logs: 1 year
- Support communications: 3 years
- Server logs: 30 days
To request deletion, email support@gaiasoath.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days.
5. Data Security
We protect your information with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, Supabase Row Level Security, and PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processing through Stripe.
If we discover a data breach, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of discovery.
7. Your Rights
You may request:
- Access: A copy of the personal information we hold.
- Correction: Fix inaccurate personal information.
- Deletion: Remove your personal information (subject to legal retention).
- Data portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
- Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails.

8. Children's Privacy
AcreLogic is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe we have inadvertently done so.
9. Third-Party Links
Our reports may contain links to government websites and property listing sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at acrelogic.gaiasoath.com/privacy.
